“Dr. Kyle” is an Idaho native and a graduate of Caldwell High School and Idaho State University. After completing his undergraduate degree in Zoology, he relocated to University of Kentucky College of Dentistry (GO WILDCATS!)
Upon graduation from UK in 2012, Dr. Collins came back home and started Collins Family Dentistry when he bought the practice from retiring dentist Dr. Michael Benedick. He is very proud to be practicing dentistry in his hometown. If you are at a community event in Caldwell, chances are Dr Kyle will be there too.
“Caldwell is a great place for family”. A statement that we are sure his wife Melissa, daughter Campbell Rose and dog Lola would certainly agree with.
When not in the office perfecting smiles, or at home, you can find him in the great outdoors. He is a huge fan of the best that Idaho has to offer. Whether it is skiing, racing cars, or hunting if it is outside or adrenaline filled, he is up for it. His dream job (outside of dentistry) would be a Professional Race Car Driver.
If Melissa’s last name looks familiar you will recognize that not only is she the Office Coordinator for Collins Family Dentistry, but she is also Dr. Kyle’s wife. Melissa attended The College of Idaho earning a B.S. in Health Sciences with focus in Business.
When not in the office, being a mom to Campbell and dog mom to Lola, quality time with family and friends is what she enjoys most.
Even though her hobbies are a bit more laidback (reading, traveling, and hiking) her dream career (outside of dentistry) would be an Event Planner.
Kristie is originally from California and moved to Parma, Idaho after she studied Dental Assisting at College of San Mateo. Since April 2017, she has been a valuable team member at Collins Family Dentistry.
She is married with 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren. Kristie enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family, horses, cats, and dog. She is always up for a good laugh and a good practical joke. Her dream job (outside of dentistry) is a Veterinarian - something we think she already does a lot of at home.
Pam is a native to Idaho and has lived in Caldwell for most of her life. She graduated from Vallivue High School and then attended Northwest Nazarene College and began working for the practice in 1997 under Dr. Benedick. Her experience makes her a wealth of knowledge and we really enjoy having her as part of our team.
Pam loves kids. She has 2 of her own (teenagers) and she is the preschool director at her church.
Experiencing the best of Idaho with her family is one of her true joys. She says that her dream job (outside of dentistry) would be a Wildland Firefighter.
Nerea completed her dental assistant training at Carrington College in Boise, ID earning Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA).
She is married with 2 dogs and lots of chickens. When not at work, it is all country for Nerea. She loves hunting, fishing, and camping with friends and family. Nerea said that her dream job (outside of dentistry) would be a Sports Medicine Specialist.
Jeneen attended Sierra College in Rocklin, CA and completed her dental training at Carrington College in Boise, ID.
She is married with 5 kids and 2 dogs. Her kids are very active in sports, so as you can imagine when not at work she will be out cheering from the sidelines. She loves camping with friends and family and wine tasting in Idaho’s amazing wine country. Perhaps her dream job (outside of dentistry) would be a Cheerleader (she has a lot of experience already).
Kris is an Idaho native and graduated from Vallivue High School. She attended Boise State University, Idaho State University and completed her dental training at American Institute of Health Technology in Boise, ID.
She is married with 4 kids (1 set of twins) and has dogs, cats, and horses. Her girls are very active in softball and her son plays football. Being a wife and mom takes a lot of time, but when there is some downtime, it is filled horseback riding, 4-wheeling, garage sale shopping and attending estate auctions. Her dream job (outside of dentistry) would be a gymnast.
Brooke is an Idaho native and graduated from Castleford High School. If you don’t know where that is you are not from Castleford, so we will just say the Twin Falls area. She attended and completed her dental training at Idaho State University.
She is married with 1 child and has 2 dogs (Benji and Gus Gus). She loves the country life and being out in nature. National parks are her favorite place to travel to. Her dream job (outside of dentistry) would be an Agriculture/FFA Teacher.
